An Islamic Emotional Intelligence Curriculum
The Hayrack Ride is a unique curriculum designed to help young Muslims understand and navigate their God-given emotions through the guidance of the Qur’an and Sunnah.
Through a captivating narrative rhyme set on a peaceful farm journey, children explore emotions in an engaging and meaningful way. The curriculum includes the poem along with 75+ activities that help children develop emotional awareness, self-control, empathy, and confidence.
With the help of the Parent/Teacher Guide, adults are equipped to support children in understanding their feelings, building healthy communication, and strengthening trust within the home or classroom.
Grounded in Islamic teachings, the curriculum helps children:
